Is Ice Cream Sandwich coming to the Samsung Galaxy S2?

YES. We have had confirmation from Samsung that the Galaxy S2 that it will run on the Android OS : Ice Cream Sandwich, along with the Galaxy Nexus.
The already popular face recognition unlock and multi tasking tool included in the feature list for the new OS will still be available on the award winning Galaxy S2 smartphone.
Although no release date has been confirmed it maybe a long while until the galaxy S2 owns the ice cream sandwich due to its customised version of android that it runs on now with its own overlay.
Android enthusiasts will be able to root their mobile phones with this new software before the Samsung release because the source code is already available, It all depends on if you are you an android risk taker…
